 Antique round Peking rug, hand knotted wool, N. China, ca.1900, medium blue with a cobalt blue outer border, the main border design is the 12 animals of the Chinese zodiac, each in a different cartouche, full pile and in near mint condition, rare $1600.00

The fringe is was added at some point, but does not look new, the rug is complete and intact under the fringe.

From left to right we see the rooster, the monkey, and the goat.
